Anti spyware/anti malware blocked???? HELP!!!!!!!?
Hi Everyone. I am in desperate need of answers. Last night we were watching a movie on Surfthechannel.com and our computer froze. We rebooted and tried to run our antivirus and anti spyware but neither of them would launch. It seems that somehow when it froze, some sort of something (virus, or something) infiltrated our computer and blocked it from being lauched. We have already removed and re installed anti spy ware and anti virus but still, niether of them will work . We need help getting it going again or troubleshooting this issue. We have no protection right now against computer virus’ and we need to know what can be done at this point.
