I’m interested in finding help desk, desktop support, or field technician position. I currently have no professional work experience, however, over the years I have fixed PC’s for almost everyone I know or work with. I am very familiar with installation of all hardware, software, and drivers. I can build from scratch, troubleshoot and fix virtually any problem that comes my way. I know my available resources and I am pretty comfortable figuring out any problem handed to me within reasonable time. Most of my experience with fixing other user’s PC’s have consisted of virus/malware removal, restoration of damaged settings/software and memory or hard disk upgrades. I am familiar with the END-USER environment. I am somewhat familiar with most types of printers. Currently I am studying to get my A+ certification as an IT technician. I would love for someone to give me an opportunity to prove my worth and maybe work along side some more experienced technicians to help expand my knowledge. I don’t have much server experience, but once I’m exposed to something I pick it up quick.
