Hi, i have a LG desktop computer and it is infected with malware (or spyware) virus because it always pop-ups an antivirus program. I thinks it’s a spam program it says your computer is infected with virus always pop-ups everytime and it annoys me.
It always warns me about the threat of internet and it always blocks it. I uninstalled from the computer and also removed it from the add/remove programs section too but still it pops-up and slows down the computer. The fraud antivirus program is callad (Winibluesoft).
What do you think i should do? Should I re-install windows or re-format the hard drive? Also have a problem when trying to re-install the xp disc from my computer it displays like this:
( No valid system partitions were found. Setup is unable to continue). What does that mean? How do you reformat a Hard Drive plz help? I want to get rid of this virus fast?
I have already downloaded Malwarebytes it’s also blocking that program and it doesn’t start up when i click on it.

Digital download from Malwarebytes. com, update it and run a full scan. Do not be so quick to do a format. Can download if you’ve never heard of Malwarebytes, I doubt you’ll be successful in reinstalling your operating system You, update, and run Malwarebytes in safe mode with networking. EDIT: Get into the programs files and find mbam. exe. Change the name to xxxx. exe and run it again.
Relax dude. . . your pc will not blow up lol. . . theres a lot of viruses like that. Just download spyware doctor (google it, its on PCTools website) virus scan find the location when it appears-to-go through my computer and find the file that it says and delete it.
It looks like the virus has infected your HD. . Will Ensure That You Have formating C: drive. If you do’nt than try to make a partion while formating. Before doing it read the following article on partioning and formating HD. http://support. microsoft. com/kb/313348If you still can not do it ask your friend or someone else who know better. . cause doing incorrectly may lead to losing your HD. . Hope this will help you
to reformat the hardrive you can go into the command prompt start> all programs> accesories> command prompt or start> run> cmd should bring up a black box. type in: FORMAT im not saying that you should do this because it deletes all your memory. If you have any documents i would save them to a flash drive. then i would install the disk. this should work but i have not tried it on my computer so i do not know from expirience. i would research the topic more. im not responsible if my directions are wrong and someone messes up their computer
Download and install Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware. Update them. Restart your PC in Safe Mode by pressing F8 while booting. Then run a full scan with each of them. They are free and will not slow down your system The links are given below.
