You can try this. 1) write the name of the spywear in full. 2) Go to Window and search for the spyware. Note: spyware is a kind of softwear file. 3) On locating the file named as the virus, delete this right from the search result window. 4) Then reboot your PC and this should do the trick. If it persist still, pls recall the software you downloaded prior to seeing this happening. Uninstall these software one and a time, ie, reboot each time to see Whether it apears again. If it still can not pls go to another PC to report this happening to the spyware vendor for further investigation.
