Everytime i try 2 open something such as control panel or user accounts, a message pops up and says restricted cannot open contact system administrator. I am the system administrator and i am the only one who uses my computer. I have downloaded tons of software and it has deleted all of the critical files but i still cannot open some things up. And every 5 mins a pop up comes on and says spyware problem. ur computer is making illegal copies of ur files. and even when i press the button it still wont work and it pops up every 5 mins even when im not online. Ive been 2 my scheduled tasks and its not in it. And i kant even open up my properties. SOme one please help!!! Its driving me nuts!! PLease a solution without starting over.. I have far to many files i need. And i know the pop up isnt from windows because it does not even have prevent spelled right.. Help!!

My suggestion is to restart your computer in Safe Mode and run some antispyware programs while in safe mode. If you do not have any anti-spyware programs on your computer, there are some free ones that you can download at www. download. com There are also some on that site that you must pay for. download SUPERAntiSpyware its the best no joke and then removes it after everything restart your computer and hit f8 a bunch of times. and click start in safe mode and you can get access to everything again. then restart your computer again normaly
