   download a spywear / virus-removing program, but make sure it’s a real one (NOT A virus!) and a good one. I think norton anti-virus is free? Oh and by the way, you can NOT just remove a certain file that you think may be infected, because a lot of viruses / spyware work by attaching to VARIOUS documents / programs / etc. i would leave it up to a program to find and clear the stuff out =. Just be sure to back up your documents in case the virus-like NOW wrecks your computer. So, do NOT use Geek Squad no matter what! You will regret it, trust me. They fuccked up my computer big time when i had only a mild spyware situation.

   the safest thing to do is to get your whole system cleaned to make sure u got everything. When It Happens to me, i head over to future shop, they usually have an area where u can bring in your computer and u can ask them to go through it all and clean out all the virus and spyware stuff for a fee of course. per about this is that they can keep all your files and such so its like as if you never got the spyware in the first place but the con is that you do have to wait to get it back, two days at the most when its happened to me.

   hey, if u have comcast internet you can download McAfee for free a 100 and something value. So u can get rid of spyware or virus

   Not that I know of. When you install something, the virus / trogen / spyware is installed with it (in a package). if you delete the file you just did not delete the spyware. Download. . .    Without downloading a program, this may be a tough one. I would start by opening the task manager and clicking “processes” and look for any running processes that seem out of place. A lot of the ones I’ve seen look something like: i4r7hgfte. exe. Anything with a name like that is probably spyware or a virus. If you see something like that running, right-click and hit “open file location” and delete the file after ending the process. And on a side note, I would try AVG free edition to help get rid or viruses and trojans that may be on your computer. Good Luck!

    in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SuperAntiSpyware, and what they find youdelete it manually. then run ccleaner to clean your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry. what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file, folder or program. even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid. dont forget when you install this software to update them, and do an update every daythen restore until before you get infected. m
