I have “memory trojan name” and “trojan name” virus’. mcafee found them but cant clean, delete or quarantine them. what do i do? also i get these random pop ups that say my computer is infected with spyware. i think fixing the trojans would fix this. what do i do?

I have anti spyware on my computer along with Norton AntiVirus Norton does not get it because all I use Spysweeper. There are also free spyware programs avalible online. I would almost get one and check to make sure it has a good reputation like spybot search and distroy. I hope this helps!
