I got a virus or spyware issue. I can’t open task manager, view display properties, even look at my installed programs. It tries to open IE alot and send me to a virus software page. Changed my desktop showing a biohazard sign saying I have a virus. The clock below says Virus. I mickey moused my way to user accounts and made a second one. It acts normal.
This may sound stupid, but have you try running your AV or adware / spyware cleaner? Or you can not execute any program?
try to scan your computer for spyware, maybe that is the problem.
