I have windows firewall, it will not allow me to turn it on, i have been having spyware problem wat do i do?

   The first thing I would do is go online and get rid of the spyware. You can do that by running Ad-Aware or Spybot S & D, both of Which are free for personal use. They will also tell you if you picked up anything else, Which is probable if your firewall is disabled. Then try to enable your firewall. You may need to reinstall it. I would not go back online until your firewall is up, though. The average windows computer only lasts about twenty minutes online without a firewall before it becomes infected by malware or “hacked”. If you are behind a router, then the firewall is not as much of a concern since you’ll get a bit of protection from your router, but it’s still necessary.
