every time i run a search in google and click on a link, the browser says “jumping…” and redirects me to “Myfastfind.com”. i have run spybot over 5 times. i then downloaded Adaware and ran that 2 times. Neither seems to catch the problem. Also, each keeps finding spyware and malware each time i run the programs. i delete the problems from my computer, restart and run the program once more just to make sure the problems are gone and ecah time they reappear. Can someone help?
It’s a hijacker. Download malwarebytes, update it and run it and it should solve the problem for you in no time.
Boot up in Safe Mode, then run your fixer programs.
Try downloading, installing and running Malwarebytes, CCleaner and HijackThis.
Sound like a search toolbar add on that got installed by accident go to add / remove programs and see if you see some kind of toolbar or search bar program in there.
I hope you mean Ad-Aware (by Lavasoft) The dash has to be in there. Adaware is a different program. I have no experience with it. Ad-Aware will find the spyware and delete it completely. Use the free trial edition (the green button) and then update it and let it have a go. Make sure that Spybot is uninstalled at the time. They do not like each other and see each other as a threat. That is minor. If it does not correct your problem, a newer one called Malwarebytes does a good job in cleaning as well. I use all three.
