I have searched and searched and can’t find these answers anywhere in the book or online.
#1 You open a folder Properties box to encrypt the folder, click Advanced, and discover Encrypt contents to secure data is dimmed. What is the Problem?
a. Encryption has not been enabled. Use the computer management console to enable it.
b. You are not using a version of Windows that supports encryption.
c. Most likely a virus has attacked the system and is disabling encryption.

#2. AV software has removed malware from a highly infected system. After the first reboot, an error message is displayed that contains a reference to a strange DLL file that is missing. Which two options should you use to begin troubleshooting?

Start> run> type in CHKDSK. . . hit ok. . . . command will come up on your screen and go through your disk. . . and if any files are missing. . . it wants to repair it with the backups on the computer. . . . give the scan a good 5 minutes or so. . . and do not click off. . when completed it will disappear by itself. . . .
