I have an Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop. The problem is that when it boots up, it keeps making a loud beeping noise. Also, when I actually on the desktop, HELP AND SUPPORT keeps popping up and prevents me from opening anything.
Whenever I open any kind of program, the help file for them keep spamming me. I thought it was a virus or malware of sorts, so I ran an antivirus, found nothing. Then I try reformatting it and that did nothing. The laptop also ran sluggish and hot.
Dell support is not good at all. What might be the cause of these problems?
Dell on Call is pretty good, ive used it about 3 times with no problems. hope ure under warranty. try going on their website during business hours and chat to someone using a diff. computer and they’ll help u with ur laptop.
