I’m having some difficulties logging onto my AOL and Firefox. Everything was fine until last night when all of a sudden Firefox stopped working. I keep getting this message en-us.start2.mozilla.com and when I try logging onto my AOL account it doesn’t detect a connection. I use a wireless and my roommates have the modem so I checked with them but they aren’t having any issues with their connection. We’ve been having some really bad weather recently but would that affect the wireless and not the modem?
Also a few months back my computer was infected with a virus which caused similar problems in fact I haven’t been able to use my IE since. I downloaded SUPERAntispyware.com and Spyware Doctor and they were able to detect quite a few threats. SuperAntispyware was able to clear out the majority of spyware/malware but my computer still didn’t work. I finally was able to “fix” my problem when I downloaded a program from the malwarebytes.org site, it was a miracle worker—BUT now the program doesn’t work and I’m not sure why? Here are some of the messages I keep getting:
C:\windows\system32\zayapilo.dll
C:\windows\system32\jogekini.dll
Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\MicrosoftWindows
If someone could point me in the right direction or recommend any programs that I could try I’d appreciate it.
Thanks!

You are infected again dear. That’s why you are unable to run Malwarebytes. Follow these instructions. Click on the first link below and choose save. Save the file to your desktop for convenience. Click on the icon and let run rkill. This should end the process of the virus Allowing you to download malware bytes from the second link. Update and choose Quick Scan of MBAM. If you already have on your computer you want mbam probably need to uninstall it and re-install. Next, download Hijack This from the link below and choose “Do a system scan and save log file”. Once the scan is complete the log file will not open. Copy and paste the results into the text box of the second link below (although the main menu window offers you to upload the log file, it is much faster to copy and paste). After pasting, click analyze and wait for the results to display. Scroll down the list to find all entries with a red x next to them. Locate those entries in the Hijack This main window and place check marks in the respective boxes. After all entries have been marked invalid click on “fix selected”. Good luck!
