Definitely a pain in the rear! Unfortunately warranties do not help with spyware so you’ll either need to find a repair tech or you can try some online tech’s. I’ve had a LOT of luck with this guy: www. wossconsulting. com. He’s got a lot of experience clearing spyware and he can work with you to take remote control of your machine via the internet, (securly and with your permission of course). The advantage here is you will not have to take your machine and leave it someplace (unless he deterministic mines your machine as being unrecoverable and in need of a reformat) and you can watch everything he does. I think it’s because you have not downloaded any anti-virus programs. I personally do NOT have any of those programs because I had no virus problems for the last few months and anti-virus programs slow your computer down – CONSDIERABLY! But if you are worried, then I suggest you download Ad-Adware, AVG Free Edition, or / and Spybot.
