Ignore the pop-ups. Free – For starters, download, update and run a full scan using SuperAntiSpyware (SAS) http://www. SUPERAntiSpyware. com / SAS is an exceptionally easy to use application that will remove the Majority of difficult Trojans and Worms, not just the easy ones. In addition it has the ability to remove Vundo and Smitfraud infections. SAS can lock your browser home page to preventDefault hi-jacking attempts. If possible it is recommended that you load SAS in normal mode but run it in Safe Mode. Safe Mode can be started by pressing F8 during the boot Continually sequence. If you are badly infected you might need to run SAS more than once to help clean your system Afterwards if the only infections now being shown are in System Restore, once you are completely satisfied that you can boot normally, you can either delete the infected restore points manually, or temporarily turn off System Restore to purge the files. Assuming you have some real awkward infections that persist even after trying all the above I suggest you download a dedicated Smitfraud removal program from: http://www. . AfterDawn com / software / desktop_software / desktop_security / SmitFraudFix. cfmIf possible run in Safe Mode. Likewise the dedicated VundoFix: http://vundofix. atribune. org / Good luck & safe surfing. wdw
Download the free version of Super Anti Spyware. This software is well known to find what all miss or unable to delete in spyware or viruses. No conflict with your own antivirus. http://www. SUPERAntiSpyware. com, update and run to scan indepth. Recommend you reboot to be on the safe side. Mind Doctor, France
im not sure i would trust those in your taskbar in fact it sounds like they might be a viruses themselves. i would go to STOPzilla. com download there spyware program and see if it finds anything. its free to scan your pc but in order to completely remove the viruses you have to purchase their communication ive used it for 2 years and i believe it is the best
Yea, AVG is a nice anti-virus program. If you’re a bit of a technical wizz then scan your PC online using either Kaspersky or Norton or both! Then print out the finished logs, boot to safe mode and delete the infected files safely.
That yellow triangle is the actual infection. It’s a fake program that installs itself and runs down your system resources. If you have any protection software on your computr, you need to update it, then scan in safe mode. Safe mode is accessed when you reboot and tap the F8 key while it bootsup. You’ll see a menu that says safe mode at the top. Once in safe mode run a full system scan with your software. If you know nothing about computers all the free stuff people recommend will do you no good. Use the restore cd that came with the computer and wipe it out. Completely reload your machine. This time go buy Norton Internet Security 2008, Panda Internet Security 2008 or Trend Micro Internet Security 2008 and install it so you will not have to worry anymore.

System Recovery is when you reinstall your OS. If you want to start it screen hit F10 when your computer is at the blue boot. Hopefully you did not download anything from the pop-ups.
