there is a red round icon with a cross in it at the lower left corner of computer monitor stating the message-that my computer is infected and recommended to use special anti spyware tools to prevent data loss.please help me settling the trouble.your endeavours are appreciated.thanx

my family has had this problem before but it was a lot worse. there are a lot of anti-spyware software out there but can I recommend that you take it to your local computer place (best buy, staples, etc…) and ask them if they fix it for ya. so i wouldent download any thing off the internet BECAUSE that could just make it worse.
