try running spyware doctor, theres a free version thats great, google it. adawre2007 and thus free at www. download. com. . . So run like a virus remover avg. . . So free at www. download. com. . . you clean out junk files with ccleaner from www. FileHippo. com. . . . . . . . . . . that worked for me
This would be an indication of either a Smitfraud or Vundo (Virtumonde) infection. Although Super Anti Spyware is effective in removing * many * variants of both Smitfraud and Vundo, the tools of choice are the SmitFraudFix (run in safe mode), and VundoFix. * I would suggest running both, because it does not take much extra time, and it certainly will not hurt anything. Could be a popup ad, or not. Do not click on it. Instead, go into safe mode and run your anti-virus software. I had one like that about six months ago. Some may be easy to get rid of, but this one was nearly impossible to clean out of my system I do not recall the name of it, but it did Essentially the same thing as you described. Follow some of the tips that people have been giving you, and maybe you’ll get rid of this annoying thing quicker than I was able to. Good luck!
