Not too much hustle just reformat ~ unless you have very important stuff in there but i would just reformat ~ ~ if you can not get into safe mode then yeah ~ no nothing free at that stage ~ if it’s too important to take it it safe to a PC repair ~

If you ran Malwarebytes and it was unable to remove the threat. I guessing your anti-virus software also can not get it. Looks like a bad rootkit may have install on your computer.
