I uninstalled/re-installed said editing software since I reinstalled I dont think Im missing drivers,ets. I cant update because it wont even do that. All it does is freeze up. I ran my malware/spyware and online spyware/virus scan as well as the virus scan I purchased with no problems.My only problem is with this edit software.As I mentioned I uninstalled/re-installed with no luck. I think its worth mentioning that it has worked flawlessly in the past but I havent been useing it much so I can really pinpoint where things may have gone wrong..Im at a loss. Am I missing other possible troubleshooting steps?
Nope,not an illegal copy. I bought it from Bestbuy.Paid full price..

My guess is that your editing software is an illegal copy and they found out. Now they are probably blocking your IP address from the destination port
Since you have not told us what editing software it is, how can we help you? We do not even know if its photo, sound, video, 3D models, game editor, etc.. .
