It sounds like your startup is being interrupted by a virus (obviously). If I was you I’d restore windows with the windows disk. And invest in some good anti-virus once you’ve restored. I’d recommend Kapersky from eclipse computers. co. uk. If you can not restore you’ll have to reinstall! Sorry. . . Hope this helps a bit. Nick.
