Whenever I scan my computer for spware using the SBC Yahoo! Anti-Spy Protection, it shows that I have a trojan and couple downloaders. but when i try to remove them from my computer it says:
“One or more items could not be completely deleted from the system.”
How can I permanently delete these spyware if my protection won’t let me?

i have the same problem except i have a hijacker. I called geek squad and they said i’s hidden on your computer
