I have a serious problem. I get pop-ups as soon as I start my computer and they appear a dozen at a time. It freezes my computer and I couldn’t even start it because of it. Also they pop out even when I’m not online or even after I unplugged my internet cable. I tried everything I could think of, including turning my pop-up blocker to the max, scanned for virus, etc, but the problem is still there and it’s not getting better. I understand it’s most likely a virus/spyware problem, but what should I do if I can’t even start my computer?
