try researching on your specific spyware / malware / torjan / worms. . each of them has its own way of removing them manually when your anti-virus could not handle them. . specially for those nasty worms and trojans. . it really pisses me off As for restarting your PC. you need to reformat. and everything and every file documents will be deleted. . its a fresh started in other terms. You need a bootable cd for that. if your using XP or Vista. Reset your pc and wait for the CD to load. after that just follow the instructions there. . they will lead you in reformatting. If the CD does not load check your BIOS settings. go to BOOT SETTINGS or something like that. make sure the no one is at your CD drive not your hard drive or floppy and usb
