Result of malware infection “spyware protect 2009″?

A few days ago my PC got the spy/malware “Spyware Protect 2009″ I’ve since then gotten rid of that but i’m having a few problems. i can’t open malware bytes so i unistalled and then redownloaded and it won’t get to the actual installing portion when i click on the downloaded file. also i keep on hearing audio that’s basically advertising but i have no windows open so when i open up the task manager i see the process of “iexplorer” open and after i end it the audio stops and may appear a few hours and a restart later. what else could be causing this and how would i go about fixing it.

I’m currently running avg anti-virus to try and fix it and it has found an infection “Trojan horse PSW.Generic7.jk” so that may remove it?
I also have avira running, which is how i beat the original infection.

can a MALWARE EXPERT please advise me on how to get rid of the possible spyware infection strip on browser?

i hope this catches his attention- its not very subtle.hehe. Well if you can see this malware_expert i want to thank you for your link, i bought the package (xoft spy se) and it really worked, so thank you thank you thank you! the icons have gone from my desktop, but i still get a little click here to remove possible spyware strip at the top of my web browser- how do i get rid of it? or do i just have to put up with it? thanks again! and thanks if anyone else can help to! x

Can you help me with a severe SpyWare infection?

This is horrible. If I do a google search, the choices I select are being redirected to a spyware site. Even WindowsUpdate is redirected. When instal Adaware, it can’t update, it’s blocked. Other spyware programs won’t work. Both of my browsers IE and Firefox have same problem. I’ve scanned in Safemode with Spyware Terminator, still does’t get it all. i can’t even do a system restore. help?? Recently I’ve tried to replace some system 32 files from my healthy laptop. What files you think are most likely infected? Which should I swap?
I just installed SuperAntiSpyware, but these spyware programs won’t let me update this one either.
And now for the outcome:

I followed the instructions, got rid of spyware terminator with revo and got myself “SuperSpyware…thing amajig.

First off, I couldn’t update it at first cuz this malware was blocking several types of updates on my comp.

So, I scanned in safemode and it picked up 4 new spyware threats, deleted and since then, I’m now able to update my computer as well as the antispyware programs. My hats off to that program. Thanks for the tip.

Can you believe that the spyware wouldn’t let me update all of these things?

One thing is not completely fixed yet:
“System Restore” doesn’t work. I can’t make new restore points and I’ve been unable to restore since this disaster.

Thanks

I have a malware problem that everytime I try to go to a site to down load a free cleaner or a spyware?

removal it redirects me to a bad site or it says xplore cannot display the page. What can I do?

Your computer is in danger! spyware/adware infection..HELP!!!?

it all happened when i tried to download a crack file..it infected my comp! i have 3 problems i need to solve.
1.my desktop background is now all black(altho desktop items are present) with a message at the bottom saying ‘Your computer is in danger! Windows have detected spyware/adware infection etc’.

2.also i keep getting a message in the form of a balloon all the time saying ‘your computer is infected! windows has detected spyware infection. you need specific spyware tools etc’

3.the other problem is, when i click ctrl+alt+del an error message says ‘Task Manager has been disable by your administrator’..now im sure my administrator hasnt disabled anything, i think its the spyware/adware/virus thats doing this.
