Virus/spyware infection?

i recently checked my computer that dont use often and when i turned it on i noticed a spyware/virus removal program came up, and i noticed that ive never installed it. i assumed it was a spyware right away but it wont let me open any programs to try and remove it or when i go online and try to download virus protection programs it wont work, also it wont let me run command prompt nor will it let me run in any kind of safe mod.. im running windows xp home what should i do?
I dont know where any of the cd’s are that came with the computer its about a year or so old now and when i mean i cant download anything i cant download anything there is a security warning that pops up and sayd application cannot be executed
i cant download anything nothing no type of programs what so ever…
the spyware also wont let me run task manager none of the shortcuts work and i cant even run safe mode

I have a Problem with a virus i caught on my pc and want to get rid of it VERY FAST. i’ve found teh culprit and it is rundll32.exe, but if i delete it it makes a new rundll32.exe. and i would like to get rid of it perminatly without having to redu windows xp. please can somone help me.

i got a spyware infection this morning.i have run several different programs and none of them will remove it.then i downloaded spybot sd and updated it and this infection wont let spybot load.i have tried adaware 2008 free edition,fully updated,spyware termenator,also updated,and i have downloaded super anti spyware and it will not even install…how do i get rid of this?im running windows xp sp2 and internet explorer 7.even my pc tools anti virus wont detect it.i have also run these programs in safe mode and still didnt work.even in safe mode,spybot sd and super anti spyware wont load/install.i need help fast!thanks.
i dont know the name of the infection.also,i havent downloaded anything.the last place i was at when i seen the little infection warning come up was psx extreme…

How do I fix this spyware problem?

The task manager is disabled because it says administer has disabled it. Can’t figure out how to renable it. I also get the windows xp security warning that says I have spyware on my computer, click here to get rid of. I do this and it starts downloading a software called PC Doctor or Diagnosis or something like that. Every time I search for something in any browser rather than do the search, it opens a pop up to a site that is redirecting me to a sales site based on what I typed in. It also does this when I do a search from the start menu. It opens up a browser and does the same thing. Zone Alarm isn’t solving the problem, how should I attack this?
My zone alarm is the Internet Security Suite. It has virus and spyware scan and protect.
