So I had a virus that I got rid of, however now I can’t open Internet. When ie diagnosed the problem, it said that the remote device or resource won’t accept the connection. What does that mean and how do I fix it ?

I don’t know if this will help or not, but the virus was thinkpoint and the program I used was malware bytes.
