A couple days ago this weird icon started popping up. It keeps popping up asking me to install WinAntivirusPro while internet explorer which keeps poping up weird websites. So, I ran a scan and Windows Defender detected “Win32/Fotomoto” as the problem. I’ve tried deleting it, containing it but nothing works.
How do I fix this problem and get rid of this file? Please help A.S.A.P!!!
Do it in Safe Mode. Boot the computer appears, tap F8 (mostt boxes) until Safe Mode. Defender run then. The reason for this is: Some spyware loads itself into the computer’s memory. When you delete the program it reinstall itself. This can not happen in safe mode because normal software is loaded into memory. Thus it can not replicate itself when it’s deleted.

First download a program called Smitfraud fix. It is a free program on the net. Google it. After downloading it boot your PC into Safe Mode (hit F8 right when your computer is booting up, usually right after the bios screen loads but before the windows screen) Run smitfraud in safe mode and it should take care of Winantiviruspro. Smitfraud is a great tool for removing fake antivirus and fake spyware programs. If all else fails take it to the GeekSquad! Good Luck!
